Why can I see lines on my product?
Those are the layers. They are a normal and intentional part of the 3D-printing process, so each piece may have subtle variations.
When will my order arrive?
Your product’s production time is added to the delivery range for your emirate. The combined estimate appears before payment and on your order confirmation.
Is VAT included in the listed price?
No. Product prices are shown before VAT. A fixed 5% UAE VAT is displayed as a separate line in the cart and checkout total.
Are the products safe for young children?
Products with small parts are not suitable for children under three. Follow the age and safety information shown with each product and on its packaging.
