Quodless Technologies Sole Proprietorship is responsible for operating 67 Layers and for the personal information processed through this website.

We process your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order contents, delivery notes and payment status to accept, produce, deliver and support your order. Stripe processes payment-card information; full card details are not stored on our servers.

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, we save the profile and delivery details you choose to provide, along with your order history, so future visits are easier. You can ask us to correct or delete applicable account information.

We use cookies and similar first-party storage to improve your shopping experience, keep items in your bag, maintain secure account sessions, remember your choices and understand how the store is used. Our privacy-light analytics cover store sessions, product views, cart activity, checkout starts and completed purchases. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

If you use the AI product guide, we process the messages you submit, the page you are viewing, conversation activity and an internal purchase-intent estimate so the guide can recommend relevant products, answer buying questions and decide when account sign-in is needed to continue. Signed-in conversations may be associated with your account.

Authorised administrators may also use an AI assistant to analyse store operations and draft customer-support responses. Relevant product, order, analytics or customer details may be sent through our contracted AI API provider when needed for that request. AI suggestions are reviewed by an administrator before an email, promotion or other consequential action is created or sent.

We send product updates, newsletters and occasional offers only when you subscribe or opt in. The first-visit subscriber offer may include a 5% promotion code. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. Account creation is not conditional on accepting marketing emails.

If you use Create Your Own, we process your contact details, description and uploaded reference image so we can assess the request and contact you about feasibility, timing and pricing.

Information may be stored with contracted providers and shared only where required for authentication, hosting, payment, email delivery, order delivery, legal compliance, fraud prevention or customer support. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable legal obligations.
