Your purchase is made from Quodless Technologies Sole Proprietorship, operating the 67 Layers store. References to “67 Layers”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean Quodless Technologies Sole Proprietorship.

Products are small-batch 3D prints. Photos are representative, and minor layer, texture and color variations are normal. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and stock is available.

Submitting a file, image or brief is a request for review, not an accepted order. Requests must fit 67 Layers’ design direction, safety, quality and production standards and are subject to printer-volume, scale, material and technical limits. We may decline a custom request at our discretion and for any reason. You must own or have permission to use every file or reference you submit.

If we approve a request, we will contact you and send an itemised quote with a secure Stripe payment link. Production begins only after payment is confirmed. The approved brief, dimensions, materials, quantity and quote form the custom order specification.

Prices are in AED and exclude VAT until checkout. A fixed 5% VAT, any enabled service fee and the delivery fee are shown before payment. Stripe securely processes payments.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded for change of mind because production and fulfilment may begin immediately. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under UAE law for products that are defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as agreed.

Promotion codes must be entered before payment and cannot be added after an order is placed. Codes may have a start date, expiry date, minimum spend, usage limit or audience restriction. Unless stated otherwise, one code may be used per order.

Delivery estimates include production and transit time but are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of production requirements, address issues, courier disruption or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Use each item for its intended purpose and follow product-specific warnings. Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under three.
