Returns
Orders are final once placed.
Because production and fulfilment may begin immediately, orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded for change of mind after they are placed.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging if a product arrives damaged, defective, unsafe or different from what was ordered. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable UAE law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
No change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds because you changed your mind, no longer want the product, selected the wrong item or did not review the order details before payment.
Custom products
Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. This does not affect mandatory remedies for a product that is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as agreed.
This policy does not exclude any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.
